This branch opened just a few months ago and they’re already chugging along like a store that has been open for a while now. The ordering kiosks are right at the entrance and it feels like they have a larger dining area than the other two midtown branches. The dining area that faces 42nd St is pretty nice. Food is great as usual and ordering with the app makes the transactions go much smoother. There are restrooms but only for patrons.

Acceptable, it's a very clean place and there's space to eat inside. Too bad they don't have a soda machine. I've been to the one on 8th Avenue and they have. I didn't like that the portions are very small compared to the 8th avenue location...

Jollibee, New York — Fast Food That Wasn't So Fast I stopped by Jollibee in New York looking for a quick bite. From the outside, it had all the hallmarks of a typical fast-food joint, so I expected a quick order and even quicker service. The ordering process was indeed prompt, and that initially gave me hope that my food would arrive just as quickly. But I ordered nothing more complicated than six pieces of chicken nuggets and then the waiting game began. I ended up waiting more than 25 minutes for what should have been a relatively simple order. What made the experience even more frustrating was that there were several other customers waiting for their orders as well. I made multiple attempts to check on my order, but my nudges seemed to fall on deaf ears. Eventually, the person who had taken my order who I assume was the manager checked with the kitchen staff about the delay. The order finally arrived, but by then the experience had become more frustrating than enjoyable. I appreciate that busy restaurants can have unexpected delays, and perhaps I was simply unlucky on that particular visit. I came to Jollibee for the first time ever yesterday and the food was so good I literally came back again both times this girl name Heaven helped me and she was so sweet and helpful.You can tell when someone genuinely cares about making customers feel comfortable!! It was also really busy but she was multitasking so well and still made sure everyone was taken care of People like her really make you want to come back.

Food was good. I got the Final fantasy XIV Box Meal The regular chicken thigh was the best tasting item in the box. Also the mango peach pie was not too sweet and tasted very good. The specialty blue drink was also nice. The box is overpriced for what you get. Tasted good but not worth the price. Service was excellent and quick Atmosphere was nice and clean but is about average looking. I would expect a nicer designed place for being so close to broadway.
